We have an exciting opportunity for a CAD Solutions Architect . The role involves defining the CAD strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives on a new project.

Responsibilities

• Understand current and forecast CAD systems, data usage, and processes.
• Define the ongoing CAD strategy and roadmap for the client.
• Identify business requirements and pain points.
• Determine technical requirements for business and IT.
• Assess functional and technical data and system integration needs.
• Evaluate vendor offerings and product roadmaps.
• Coordinate with the business to promote the use of appropriate tools / applications for data management.
• Create metrics for CAD tools comparison.
• Analyze data types such as Mechanical Components, Electrical / EC&I Components & Wiring, Civil Components, PI&Ds & Routing, and Model-Based Definitions.
• Recommend CAD data consumption for BOM, BOP, and MES.
