As a Collection Agent / Call Centre Agent youll be making and receiving calls to recover outstanding debts. You will talk customers through their situation and agreeing payment plans, handling sensitive conversations with professionalism, empathy and care. You will be responsible for logging accurate information in customer databases and internal systems, working to targets in a supportive, open-plan contact centre whilst using clear processes to achieve consistent, ethical outcomes
