- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to unpaid debts

- Ensure accuracy when processing customer payments About You :
- Experience in a contact centre or credit control role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resilient and motivated by performance incentives
- Confident using IT systems and multitasking tools
- Willing to make outbound calls and manage tough conversations
