As part of our business, we repair electronic boards developed for integration into our equipment. The role requires an individual to take ownership of our 9 electronic repair workshops and elevate their professionalism. Despite using state-of-the-art equipment and repairing a large volume of boards, some faults require more investigation time. The role involves coordinating workshops, improving existing processes, identifying constraints, implementing changes, monitoring performance, and maintaining quality and productivity. Additionally, you will oversee daily activities, ensure workshops are well supplied, and staff are well trained.
Responsibilities include :
- Supervising electronic board repair workshops
- Reinforcing best reworking practices across all workshops
- Researching new technologies for reliability and efficiency
- Providing performance feedback and suggesting improvements on in-house developed equipment
- Developing and customizing the best working environment according to company policies
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and local regulations
- Supervising recruitment activities related to workshops
- Managing annual and monthly budgets for workshops
