LORD OF CHELSEA is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Engineer to oversee the upkeep and repair of luxury properties. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting, performing repairs, and ensuring the properties are always in top condition. Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance and address repair needs on time.
Troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, and general property repairs.
Manage and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for larger projects.

Desired Skills and Experience :

5+ years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in luxury or high-end properties.

Technical skills in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.

Certifications in relevant trades (e.g., Gas safety, Electrical, or Plumbing qualifications) are highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
