Inspire Young Minds as a Learning Support Assistant!

Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our excellent Schools in Newcastle. If you’re passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young children, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Protect and promote the health and well-being of children
• Ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed
• Implement and deliver the EYFS curriculum in accordance with the childrens social, emotional, physical and intellectual needs.
• Support childrens learning and development through play
• Be a key person to a small group of children and build positive relationships with their families
• Monitor childrens progress to ensure they reach their developmental targets
• Plan and create activities which keep children engaged throughout the day
• Help prepare children for the transition into school life
