Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are on the lookout for an Electrical Engineer with mechanical maintenance skills to join our client in the Sheffield area. This is a permanent position. Working a Continental pattern of both day shifts & night shifts (day shift : 6 am – 6 pm & night shift : 6 pm – 6 am) Salary : £47,000 The role :

• Implement the strategic plan for the site with the factory team
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
• Address mechanical and electrical breakdowns on-site
• Fault-find on PLC-controlled production equipment
• Support site teams, ensuring compliance with company legislative requirements
• Update and work from the site CMMS The Person :
• Familiarity with planned preventative maintenance
• Ability to fault find, repair, and provide solutions
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in mechanical and electrical engineering or similar discipline
• Competency in using IT systems effectively
