• Carry out electrical PPM, proactive, and reactive maintenance tasks as issued via the helpdesk, ensuring all work is completed within required timeframes and to high standards.
• Support wider building services tasks, including HVAC, mechanical, and fabric-related works, as part of a multi-skilled maintenance approach.
• Participate in the on-call rota, providing emergency response as required by the client contract.
• Oversee and monitor contractor activity on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; issue Permits to Work as necessary. ...
