Your Role as a Talent Specialist

As a Talent Specialist at Raytheon you wont just be filling roles you will be delivering talent programmes that protect national security and enhance aerospace technology. Youll recruit a mixture of corporate and deeply technical roles including security-cleared and specialist talent developing your sourcing skills and gaining exposure to niche positions. You will have autonomy to shape sourcing strategies engage directly with talent and manage relationships with stakeholders giving you influence and visibility across the business.

You will join a supportive and empowering team led by a manager who values trust autonomy and professional growth. We focus on developing expertise in delivery stakeholder engagement with clear direction and open communication.
