About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to join a highly regarded pharmacy team providing expert pharmaceutical care to patients requiring early medical management at SJH and also work at the interface between primary and secondary care in community hospitals.
Acute and General Medicine at St John’s Hospital delivers care to over 100 patients per day, working across : acute assessment areas, the Medical High Dependency Unit and general medicine inpatient wards. As part of this team, you will :
