Our client is looking for a confident and driven Account Manager to join their team and take ownership of a portfolio of existing B2B customers. You’ll be focused on retention, relationship building, and spotting growth opportunities – all while delivering exceptional service.
What you'll be doing :
- Managing and developing your own portfolio of accounts
- Visiting clients, building relationships, and identifying opportunities
- Supporting retention and revenue growth targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Reviewing contracts, pricing, and service performance
