Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service star to join us in Cook's Bar & Kitchen within the Grange Manor Hotel in Grangemouth. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, overseeing customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage service.

The role would suit an Assistant Manager looking for their first Manager position

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Hiring and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage management
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Food Safety certification is a plus
