An excellent opportunity for a well presented, customer service driven Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a well-respected independent agent within their office in Cirencester.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits

Up to £30,000 basic salary DOE
35,000 - £45,000 OTE
Parking on site
Progression available

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and Responsibilities

Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries

Book viewings using the company’s system

Complete customer records and update records in the system

Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs

Market new stock on all available media channels

Negotiate and agree buyer offers

Maintain and manage accurate administrative records

Assist in sales progression if needed

Dependent on experience, support with sales valuations

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

Previous industry experience is essential

You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills

You will have solid IT skills

You will be well spoken and well presented

You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance

You must have a driving licence and access to own vehicle
