We are seeking a Senior Negotiator to join our Residential Sales team in Cirencester. In this role, you will support the Head of Office in driving revenue, profitability, and lead generation throughout their area.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets through the sale of residential properties in Cirencester.
- Source, pitch for, and secure new business by developing relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions.
- Meet with clients and deliver tailored services based on their instructions.
- Progress sales to completion, liaising with solicitors and keeping all parties informed.
- Maintain team standards according to company policies and external regulations regarding compliance, KYC, and AML procedures.
Person Specification :
Previous experience in valuing homes of £1m+ is preferred.Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.In-depth local knowledge of Cirencester and surrounding areas.Excellent negotiation and rapport-building skills.Comprehensive understanding of the residential sales process.Knowledge of relevant regulations, AML, and KYC procedures.Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and agents.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits include :
