Location : Stoke on Trent

Contract Type : Temporary ongoing

Working Pattern : Part Time. 8 : 00AM-3 : 30PM. Must be able to work Monday, Tuesday and either Thursday or Friday.

Hourly Rate : £15.00-£16.00PH

As a Payroll Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for the entire organisation. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team, ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations. Responsibilities :

• Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information
• Prepare and distribute payslips to employees on a timely basis
• Assist with year-end payroll processes, including issuing W-2 forms
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related projects and initiatives
