We are seeking a dedicated Training Officer at Sodexo , Royal Stoke Hospital to support the delivery of training and development activities for Sodexo staff on site. This role plays a key part in aligning all learning initiatives with both internal policies and client agreements, ensuring our workforce is skilled, compliant, and continually improving. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing accurate and timely management information in agreed formats and within set deadlines, while actively supporting the delivery of Health and Safety initiatives across the site.
