Facilities & Compliance Manager (8 Month FTC) - Flexible Location
We have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities and Compliance Manager to join us on an 8-month Fixed Term Contract.
As a Facilities & Compliance Manager, you will oversee both Hard and Soft Facilities Management services across various offices in the UK, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage Specialist Contracts : Oversee Hard and Soft FM contracts, ensuring works are completed to required standards and in line with statutory regulations.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations and statutory compliance.
- Manage a range of contractors and specialists, ensuring quality, value, and timely delivery.
- Oversee daily management of facilities, including contractors and technical works.
- Manage PPMs and address remedial actions as needed.
- Coordinate all facilities-related activities during office commissioning and decommissioning.
- Liaise with landlords and agents to obtain compliance data and coordinate maintenance jobs.
- Take responsibility for permits to work where required.
- Manage and coordinate reactive maintenance and address maintenance issues.
- Maintain and update health and safety files and COSHH folders.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Proficient in computer systems, including CAFM & BMS, and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience managing customer queries and complaints.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Experience supporting onsite project management, supervising contractors, risk management, RAMS, and permits to work.IOSH Managing Safely qualification; NEBOSH qualification and IWFM membership are preferred.J-18808-Ljbffr
