Vitalis is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to work in a Cared for Children’s Team in Trafford Council.

The service manages casework where a child or young person has a permanent care plan, ensuring their placement needs are met with minimal disruption. We support children and young people to understand their journey, heal from past experiences, and foster a sense of belonging and stability. Our goal is to sustain long-term relationships and provide a network of support for children, carers, and partners.
