The project :

Join a significant defence capital investment programme in the UK. This role will require SC clearance. The opportunity is to work on a variety of projects across the full RIBA stages, ensuring relevant stakeholders and professional team members are engaged throughout, processes and timelines are agreed and communicated to ensure the successful project delivery. Please note - This role is required to be based on our client’s office 2-3 days per week.

This role requires construction / infrastructure project risk experience. Manages, and may lead, the implementation and delivery of a range of risk services to support commissions and to provide line management leadership and guidance for others within the PMO and planning centre of excellence and assigned hub as required.

You’ll be responsible for :

• Risk management strategy and performance across commissions.
• Advising and directing clients and teams on all risk matters.
• Facilitating workshops, analysis and mitigation planning to minimise exposure.
• Producing clear risk reporting and contingency insights.
• Ensuring compliance with Mace standards and legislation.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Integrating risk with PMO and planning.
• Supporting recruitment and contribute to net‑zero delivery.
