Brand Account Executive

Role description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Account Executive at AGORA in London
• Lead the onboarding process of new sellers (brands, distributors, retailers) to selling on TikTok
• Proactive and continuous communication with sellers to ensure a frictionless experience and most importantly to optimize their online sales
• Track sellers’ performance and suggest improvements to increase sales
• Work closely with Community team to identify opportunities to push sales through video content!
• Think creatively to dominate TikTok e-commerce sales!

The Company Launched in March 2020, Agora wants to help brands and creators reach the next generation of consumer where they are, mainly on social media platforms like TikTok. Believing strongly on the rise of social commerce, the company is banking on the TikTok shopping phenomenon spreading to western markets. As a first mover in this space it is positioning itself to be a major player in helping brands take advantage of shoppable videos as a new and rapidly growing revenue stream. AGORA is focused on building out its UK presence with the aim to expand to other European geographies more broadly in the next few years. AGORA is founded by Riccardo Basile and Elizabeth Townsend-Rose, who are highly experienced in e-commerce and have co-founded Lazada Group, a multibillion dollar e-commerce platform sold to Alibaba
