We need someone who is patient, adaptable, and truly invested in helping young people overcome barriers to learning. Your role will be pivotal in creating a safe, encouraging space where every child can succeed. Your Responsibilities : Offer one-on-one and small-group support to pupils with SEN, adapting to their unique needs. Help implement EHCPs and individual behaviour strategies to promote progress. Develop meaningful connections with students to boost engagement and self-esteem. Encourage independence while providing the right level of assistance.
