Leads marketing & communication activities to deliver day-to-day plans for UK Personal Investor; owns operations for Personal Investor Channel Marketing team with a focus on budget & process management; and supports channel managers & Head of Personal Investor Marketing on ad-hoc projects in support of channel goals.
Core Responsibilities
Coordinates plan & execution of BAU communications in partnership with relevant marketing teams with a focus on data & analysis and continuous improvement
Owns budget management including invoice payment budget tracking & ad-hoc strategic finance exercises to ensure clear transparent financials & management to plan
Builds and fosters effective relationships particularly in cross-collaboration working groups.
Proactively identifies manages and mitigates risks and process inefficiencies i n channel marketing activities. Communicates solutions on key issues to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate .
Develops expertise in marketing particularly social media to support channel managers activities and develop within team
Proactively communicates status and identifies any issues regularly to stakeholders including senior leadership and team members
Participates in special projects and marketing campaigns outside brand marketing and performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills / Experience
Experience in the UK / European direct to consumer space ideally within financial services or the asset management industry. No previous experience in marketing is .
Strong project management leadership planning and collaboration skills
Strong communication skills (written verbal) and history of being a team player
Moderate to strong experience in using excel (or demonstrate interest to improve)
Interest in learning & development (esp. with data & analytics marketing and financial acumen)
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience .
