Fruity Booty is seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of brand and marketing activities across all channels, including social media, email, partnerships, and events.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Founder, Creative Director, and our in-house Content Creator to help drive campaigns, support daily marketing tasks, and bring brand moments to life.
Suitable applicants will be hands-on, thrive in a collaborative team, be looking to grow within a fast-paced, creative brand, be tapped into what’s happening in fashion, culture and digital trends, and instinctively understand the conversations shaping our customer / audience.
This role has the potential to evolve into a Marketing Manager position over time.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support :
- Support the planning and coordination of the marketing calendar, including product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal activity
- Assist in maintaining the content calendar across social, email, and digital touchpoints
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, influencer, gifting, events, and paid media
- Write and edit copy for emails, product launches, social posts, and press releases in line with Fruity Booty’s tone of voice
- Coordinate influencer gifting : research profiles, manage fulfilment logistics, and communicate via DMs
- Track campaign performance across email, social, gifting, and paid media, and help gather insights for team reporting
- Contribute ideas and input to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and influencer strategy through research and community engagement
- Assist in researching and coordinating brand-aligned partnerships and collaborations
- Track marketing spend and support budget documentation and reporting
- Provide production support for photoshoots, including logistics and on-set assistance
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and support general coordination on shoot days
Day-to-Day :
Assist with planning and scheduling social media content, particularly Instagram and TikTok (in collaboration with our Content Creator)Manage day-to-day contact with the PR agency.Coordinate PR outreach and gifting logistics – from responding to DMs to liaising with the pressSupport and coordinate with the Paid Ads agencyHelp organise events, pop-ups, and community activationsSupport email marketing – writing copy, editing, and scheduling weekly mailersWork with the E-Commerce team to align marketing with product and trading prioritiesMaintain and support Fruity Booty’s brand tone of voice across all channelsRequirements :
At least 1year's experience in a marketing, brand, or social media roleA confident communicator with a strong eye for detail and toneEnjoy working across multiple projects and staying organised under pressurePlugged into digital and social trends, especially on TikTok and InstagramAble to thrive in a small creative team where no two days are the sameProactive, collaborative, and excited to grow your career in marketingExperience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Unum and Google Sheets is beneficialFashion / lifestyle marketing experience is beneficial
