As an accomplished, forward-thinking Restaurant Manager, you are ready to take the lead in a fast-paced F&B front of house team, overseeing The Clunie Dining Room, Elsa’s Cocktail Bar, and The Drawing Room. You are a leader with strong organisational skills and a passion for training and mentoring your team. Your experience enables you to work closely with your team, exceeding guest expectations in every aspect of their stay so they leave feeling enriched and engaged in our ethos.

Our successful Restaurant Manager will have :

• Proven experience in a similar 5-star hospitality and resort environment.

• Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring others.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• A passion and ambition to deliver exceptional experiences.
