Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Breakfast Chef for our 5

hotel in Aberdeenshire. You'll be surrounded by a team with a creative flair and a passion for fresh food and brilliant service with a desire to learn and grow. All striving to go beyond for guests, our team, and the community.

Duties :

Cooking and Managing Breakfast Service : Oversee the preparation and cooking of breakfast dishes, ensuring guests receive a delicious and memorable meal.

Food Preparation : Undertake a varied list of food preparation tasks daily, ensuring all mise-en-place is freshly prepared and on time.

Kitchen Setup and Cleanup : Set up the kitchen before breakfast service and clean down the kitchen after service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

Stock Management : Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions and assist with inventory management.

Quality Control : Ensure all dishes are prepared to the correct recipe and quantity, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Guest Interaction : Collect feedback from guests during breakfast and report any complaints or issues to the Executive Chef.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth operation, treating all staff with fairness and courtesy.
