Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Hotel Duty Manager, to join its establishment, a luxury Hotel within the Aberdeenshire area. The ideal duty manager will come from a luxury hospitality background, with experience in front of house management roles.

As a key member of a driven management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the Hotel during shifts, ensuring guests receive the highest of customer service, whilst maximising operational efficiency. Working closely with senior management, the successful Hotel Duty Manager will have experience within a Duty Manager / Assistant GM role, within a luxury hospitality setting.

Hotel Duty Manager responsibilities to include;

Acting as part of the day-to-day management of the Hotel, you’ll be a strong leader with impeccable customer service skills and passionate towards delivering outstanding customer service.
