Corporate / Commercial Solicitor

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in North Somerset, seeking an experienced Corporate / Commercial Solicitor to join their thriving practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate transactions while enjoying a fantastic work-life balance in a beautiful part of the country.

The successful candidate will deliver effective and decisive legal advice to a mix of business and private clients, managing a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Key responsibilities include :

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, including partnership / shareholders’ agreements and agency agreements.
• Managing changes to company constitutions, share structures, and associated company secretarial tasks.
• Drafting terms and conditions, commercial contracts, debentures, directors’ guarantees, joint ventures, and franchise agreements.
• Handling sales and purchases of shares and assets, as well as company refinancing projects.
• Undertaking necessary legal research to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
• Working as part of a collaborative team, assisting with departmental workflows and larger client projects.
• Establishing strong client relationships by providing exceptional client care and maintaining high standards of service.
