Job Description

Salary : £23,809.50 potential to earn commission

Location : Sheffield

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9 : 00-5 : 30 / 11 : 00-19 : 30 - if required (37.5 hours)

To accurately carry out product availability checks.
To carry out full verification and build a sale prospect.
To support and assist the Field and Offshore sales agents and customers in pre-live queries.
To try and retain customers who want to cancel pre-live. (Commissions offered per save)
Lead generation for Card terminal services (Commissions offered per Live CPS and the highest lead generation).
Completing assigned quick notes.

Qualifications

Effectively communicating with sales agents and customers

Problem solving and resolution skills.

Understanding of the CRM system

Understanding of products and ordering process

Familiar with all verification scripts and contract summaries
