MIG & TIG Welder / Team Leader – Late Shift Sittingbourne, Kent Monday to Thursday, 2.15pm–12.30am Competitive Salary + Shift Allowance   Skilled in MIG and TIG welding? Join a well-established sheet metal fabrication company where your welding expertise will be valued and put to good use.   The Role We're on the lookout for an experienced MIG & TIG Welder / Team Leader to join our client's late shift team, producing high-quality welds from a variety of metals, thickness varies from 0.2mm - 8mm.   Key duties include : MIG and TIG welding of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Working from technical drawings to meet exact specifications. Performing own quality checks to ensure a clean, consistent finish. Collaborating with the fabrication team to meet production targets. Maintaining a safe, tidy work environment. This is a permanent late shift (Monday to Thursday) offering a 4-day working week and a quieter shop floor to focus on quality work.   What You’ll Need We’re looking for a reliable, skilled welder with : Proven experience in both MIG and TIG welding, ideally in a sheet metal or fabrication setting. The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Good attention to detail and a pride in producing high-quality finishes. A strong work ethic and the ability to work well independently. Codings are not essential, as the client will put successful candidates through these. A relatively stable work history.  What the client is offering?
