Location : Billingham, Stockton on Tees

Hours : 37.5hrs per week - Office based

Salary from : £55,000 (Experience dependent)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our automation solutions. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development.

Main Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve targets
• Collaborate with team members to tailor solutions that meet client needs
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals
