We're representing a leading residential operator who is looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to join their flagship development in

Elephant and Castle . The scheme is home to around 600 apartments and offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team delivering an exceptional resident experience.

As Leasing Manager, you'll oversee the full lettings process - from marketing and enquiries through to viewings, negotiations, renewals, and compliance. You'll manage a small team and work closely with on-site colleagues to create a welcoming community, ensuring residents receive first-class service at every stage of their journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong residential leasing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. The role is varied, combining hands-on lettings with community-building initiatives and performance reporting.

What we're looking for :

Proven background in residential leasing / lettings.

Strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Knowledge of lettings compliance, referencing, and Right to Rent.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident using CRM systems.

Proactive, dynamic, and team-focused.
