We are recruiting for Mastclimber / Hoist Level 1 & 2 installers and their supervisors.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in installing mastclimbers / hoists / cranes.
  • IPAF Installer ticket for mastclimbers, CSCS Hoist Installer ticket, CPA, and other qualifications are desirable.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team with a proactive, flexible, can-do attitude.

The role

  • Projects predominantly in London and the South East.
  • Permanent position with directly employed status.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Working at height.
  • Fast-paced work environment.
  • Team installation of mast climbers or goods hoists, tested by a supervisor post installation.
  • Field-based work carrying out a range of mast climbers and goods hoists.
  • Day-to-day variety and overtime.
  • Monday to Friday days-based role with the option to work weekends overtime (when available).

    • The person

  • Ability to work safely at height and use hand tools safely.
  • Confidence to communicate with site contractors.
  • Experience in mast climber and hoist installation is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Keen to learn and progress.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Candidates from a construction background without installation experience are encouraged to apply.
