SalesForce Consultant / Analyst - sought by investment bank based in London - Contract
Key Responsibilities
Act as first-line support for CRM users.Deliver training for user consistency and new functionality rollouts.Perform CRM administration (user setup, access rights, reporting).Assist CRM Manager with user guides and training materials.Support CRM change initiatives, including requirements gathering and release communications.Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV).Maintain CRM policies and procedures.Support Salesforce Champion Communities, audits, and access reviews.Required Skills
