Assistant Manager, eDiscovery / Digital Forensics

Interpath Advisory is seeking an experienced professional to support its eDiscovery and Digital Forensics team.

The team assists with data collection, processing, and review in investigations, disputes, restructuring, and other business issues, working with diverse data sources such as email, servers, cloud storage, social media, mobile devices, and collaboration tools. They collaborate with data analysts and subject matter experts to meet client needs.

Role Overview

The role involves supporting senior staff and project managers in scoping, data collection, evidence handling, and eDiscovery processes, including :

  • Managing client relationships during electronic data identification and collection for litigation or investigations;
  • Supporting the eDiscovery Lifecycle (EDRM);
  • Documenting processes thoroughly, including interview notes, emails, reports;
  • Producing reports on data provenance and integrity;
  • Collaborating with project teams to understand client objectives and deliver on critical milestones;
  • Serving as a role model within a firm committed to high-quality service and a positive culture.

  • Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, finance, accounting, economics, IT, forensics, data analytics, or related fields;
  • Approximately 2+ years experience in Digital Forensics or Incident Response;
  • Knowledge of EDRM and experience with eDiscovery tools like Relativity, EnCase, Cellebrite, Oxygen, FTK, and familiarity with database, email systems, system administration, and review platforms.
