Maintenance Technician - Joiner

Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for an experienced Joiner with an eye for detail to work across our vibrant organisation.

You will receive £16.59 per hour x 37 hours per week ( £31,923 per annum ).

What You’ll Do :

• Undertake joinery repairs within Halton Housing's properties, safely and to a high standard.
• Manage your van and stock within it.
• Meet standards and targets for productivity and efficiency.
• Recognise and report any issues you discover in customers’ homes.
• Liaise with third parties, the public, and customers whilst carrying out your duties in a courteous and professional manner.
