Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant

Overview

Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant. You will be required to work the following days : Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays. Fixed-Term Contract - 3 Months. This seasonal contract will end on 04 / 01 / 2026. The rate of pay will be £12.60 per hour. The stores we are hiring for include Fosse Park. The role

From driving sales to ensuring smooth operations, you’ll be our brand ambassador with two focus areas to choose from. There may be some crossover depending on daily store needs.

Sales : You’ll meet customers, share their stories, and help them find the perfect gifts for their loved ones.

Responsibilities

• Front-of-house excellence : surpass sales targets with effective techniques
• Personalised connections : bond confidently with customers, adapting to their preferences
• Product knowledge : deliver unforgettable customer experiences

Operations : Work well in a busy environment with accuracy and speed, supporting behind-the-scenes activities to uphold excellent customer service.
