Warberries Nursing Home is looking for dedicated nurses seeking a new challenge.

We are a 37-bed care home with nursing, caring for residents with a variety of needs, including high-level dementia, Huntington’s disease, and strokes. As a family-run business, we embrace a philosophy of providing a homely, person-centred environment, ensuring residents feel at home. Our home is non-uniform, featuring a small shop, an award-winning chef, and an activities coordinator.

We seek dynamic, hardworking individuals with enthusiasm and passion to work alongside a team of carers, team leaders, and nursing support workers. Nursing support workers assist in daily roles, providing personalized care and enabling nurses to focus on clinical responsibilities rather than routine tasks.

Our home has received a 'good' rating from CQC and is progressing with various projects, including employing nursing support workers, butterfly models, and inter-generational activities.

We are looking for candidates who :

• Have knowledge of PEGs, catheters, phlebotomy, and general nursing skills
• Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with others
• Are team players
• Are energetic and motivated
• Can help advance our projects related to nursing care
• Are capable multitaskers and versatile
