What you’ll be doing :

• Leadership : Ensure that our technology supports company goals and strategies now and in the future, aligning it with the business objectives and requirements.
• Team Management : Build and lead a team across multiple locations. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Product Development : Oversee cutting-edge banking solutions' design, development, and deployment.
• Security : Ensure the products meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance. Oversee the ongoing maintenance of the security of information systems.
• Policy Development and Implementation : Develop and enforce best practices for software development and documentation.
• Gap Analysis : Conduct thorough gap analyses of existing products and services. Identify areas of improvement and lead initiatives to address these gaps effectively.
• Technology Innovation : Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements. Integrate innovative solutions to enhance product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
• Investor Relations : Participate in investor interactions to understand their perspective, taking care of queries and expectations.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of technology projects.
• Budgeting : Managing the cost / budgeting, suppliers and contractors within the technology department.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, putting our customers first.
