We are currently seeking two dedicated Learning Support Assistant's to support pupils with SEMH between 11-16 years old at an OFSTED rated 'Good' Alternative Provision based in Leamington Spa. These roles are permanent for the right candidates.
Time : 8 : 30am - 3 : 30pm
Location : Leamington Spa
Pay : £80-85 per day
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track student progress and behaviour
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational programmes to meet the individual needs of SEMH pupils.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Help implement behaviour management strategies to promote a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to assessments.
