With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, we are looking for a motivated Joiner's mate to join a skilled team and learn the trade from the best.The RoleAs a Joiner's mate, you will :

• Learn the fundamentals of joinery, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing woodwork
• Work alongside experienced joiners in our fully equipped workshop
• Assist in manufacturing bespoke joinery products such as kitchens, doors, staircases, and cabinets.
• Develop skills in using hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
• Gain valuable on-the-job experience while working towards a relevant qualificationWhat We’re Looking For🔹 A keen interest in joinery and woodworking🔹 A strong work ethic and willingness to learn🔹 Good attention to detail and a commitment to high standards🔹 Ability to work well as part of a team🔹 Basic understanding of measurements and practical skills (preferred but not essential)
