The Truck Planner / Dispatcher will work closely with drivers, customers, and the operations team to ensure smooth operations, effective route planning, and adherence to company safety standards.Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch trucks for pickups and deliveries based on customer needs, route efficiency, and vehicle availability.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and schedules in the system.
• Monitor real-time traffic conditions and adjust routes accordingly to optimize delivery times and minimize delays.
• Communicate regularly with drivers to provide updates, address issues, and provide support.
• Handle customer inquiries related to delivery status, delays, and other concerns.Qualifications :
