Job type : Full-Time, Permanent

Salary : £28,000 to £30,000 per annum

Contracted Hours : 45 hours

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

  • Supporting Performance : Assist in managing and elevating the restaurant’s performance.
  • Team Development : Coach, train, and inspire your team to greatness.
  • Achieving Excellence : Help hit KPIs to maintain our high standards.
  • Smooth Operations : Assist with weekly admin tasks to keep the restaurant running like clockwork.
  • Guest Experience : Ensure every guest has a memorable experience that keeps them coming back again and again.
