We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Hillingdon. This is a full-time, permanent position where you’ll have the opportunity to support students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.Key Responsibilities :

• Provide tailored 1 : 1 and group support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to individual learning needs.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Support students in developing social and communication skills.
• Promote independence and resilience among students.What We’re Looking For :
• Qualifications or relevant experience in supporting students with Autism.
• Experience : Previous experience working with Key Stage 3, 4, or 5 students in a primary or secondary school setting is essential.
