Workflow Business Analyst

Location : Windsor

Hybrid working : 3 days in the office 2 from home.

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Workflow Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in defining documenting and optimizing key lead management lead nurturing reharvest and upsell campaigns.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and a good understanding of workflow systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Management and Lead Nurturing :

Work closely with stakeholders to understand lead management and lead nurturing processes and activities.

Define and document key lead management and lead nurturing workflows ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with sales teams to understand their activities requirements and pain points.

Provide insights and recommendations for improving lead management lead nurturing and sales performance.

2. Reharvest and Upsell campaigns :

Take a lead role in designing outbound reharvest and upsell campaigns to target specific customer segments.

Document campaign strategies including objectives target audience compliance constraints and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Monitor campaign performance analyze results and provide insights for continuous improvement.

3. Requirements Gathering :

Work closely with business users to gather and document requirements for workflow or campaign management enhancements.

Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Ensure alignment between business goals and workflow and campaign system capabilities.

4. Monitoring and Optimization :

Continuously monitor and evaluate lead management lead nurturing reharvest and upsell processes to identify areas for optimization.

Recommend and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications :

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field strongly preferred.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst ideally within workflow or campaign management systems.

Strong understanding of lead management sales processes and campaign management best practices.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality work.

Preferred :

Certification in Business Analysis.

Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
