Role Highlights :

• Full-time, permanent position at a well-established SEN school in Kingston
• Teach a KS1 curriculum to a class of students with a range of SEN, including learning difficulties and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH)
• Provide personalized support and adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of each student
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment , where students feel valued and supported
• Collaborate with SEN support staff , teaching assistants, and external professionals to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods and strategies as needed
• Encourage students’ personal development and build their confidence through tailored learning experiences
