We are looking to recruit an Assistant SPC Manager on a full time, permanent contract basis which will be based in Worcester. This role does require regular travel to project sites, as required.
The Assistant SPC Manager will provide SPC management services to PFI Projects on behalf of the SPC Board, its investors and the Semperian Group business.
Assistant SPC Manager Responsibilities
- Adhere to and assist with the development of financial and operational policies and procedures that ensure the efficient management of each SPC.
- Provide support by ensuring the H&S monitoring regime is implemented.
- Assist in the management, coordination and reporting of any changes or variations to the facilities, services or contractual arrangements
- Work with the SPC Manager to monitor the performance of all third party service providers, in particular the FM Services, to ensure minimisation of deductions in respect of performance and availability and including the Project Compliance Review (PCR) monitoring regime and close all related items.
- Support the completion of the obligations of the services team under the operation management contracts, including the project management and reporting of planned and reactive lifecycle activities and variations.
