Do you want to join a highly regarded Commercial and Corporate Finance team? Solicitor – Corporate – Essex with hybrid working Client A full-service, modern thinking Legal 500 firm Role

• You will join a high-regarded multidisciplinary team, dealing with matters including share and sale purchases, management buy outs, demergers, and shareholder agreements
• Deliver high-quality advice as well as drafting and negotiations
• You will take an active role in marketing and business development
• 1-7 PQE with experience in Corporate and Commercial law
• Will have experience in handling a busy caseload whilst delivering succinct advice and excellent client care
