Looking for a Wet Trades Operative to join a leading property services company based in Kensington carrying repairs on a Responsive maintenance Contract

Offering a competitive salary of £36,000 + Company van + great benefits

You'll work to deliver a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to occupied and void properties to include Plastering, Painting, Decorating, Tiling and Mould washing. You will be expected to carry out remedial repairs outside your core trade to include general maintenance works, all in a social housing setting

Requirements

• Hold a relevant trade qualification, NVQ2 or equivalent C&G
• Previous experience working in social housing properties
• You must hold a valid full UK driving licence
