Their approach combines the personalized support of a smaller company with the resources of a larger business, delivering exceptional service without compromise.Role OverviewThey are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth across our diverse service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the property services or construction industry and will be instrumental in expanding our client base, enhancing our market presence, and identifying ways to streamline and strengthen the sales process for greater efficiency and impact.This role is not only about winning new work, but also about improving how we win it—through better systems, smarter targeting, and more efficient sales operations.Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with objectives to drive business growth and market share.
  • Sales Process Optimization : Evaluate and enhance existing sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and conversion rates, ensuring the team spends more time on high-impact activities.
  • Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance goals and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Operations : Oversee the development of sales plans, budgets, and forecasts, monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, project management, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.Qualifications and Experience
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 7 years in sales leadership roles within the property services, construction, or related industries, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, and proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.What We Offer
