The successful Toolmaker will have confidence in using all manual workshop machinery including lathes, milling machines and grinders, as well as experience with CNC milling using Heidenhain and Fanuc.Job Summary : As a Toolmaker, you’ll join a friendly team, designing, building and testing injection mould tools for automotive, healthcare, aerospace, and other commercial applications.Responsibilities for Toolmaker :

• Setting and using CNC vertical mills, manual lathes, manual surface grinders, manual spark erosion machines, fitting and welding.
• Reading technical drawings and machining mould tool components, jigs and fixtures
• Repairing and improving mould tools.About You :
• Must be confident using all manual workshop machinery including lathes, Milling machines and grinders.
• Experience with CAD will be an advantage.
• Experience with CNC milling using Heidenhain and Fanuc.
• Experience with injection mould tooling preferred.
